Melissa Pérez is the Associate Director of Operations at the Latino Policy Forum. She is a Chicago native and has over ten years of experience as an administrative service professional. Prior to joining the Forum, Melissa worked in employment law as a paralegal and administrative assistant. She also worked as the Office Manager for Hansen & Hansen. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
