The foreclosure crisis continues to be a pressing housing issue in Illinois. As a result of the National Foreclosure Settlement, the Latino Policy Forum was awarded 1.5 million dollars and launched Operation HELP (Housing Education Leadership and Policy). Operation HELP is a two year collaborative project composed of 14 non-profit organizations located along Northern Illinois.
