Family Well-being in the current immigration climate: Public Charge

Since the new administration has taken office, there have been a number of proposed administrative changes and executive orders affecting immigrants across the country. Among these changes is the Pubic Charge Inadmissibility Bar. This administrative change is technical and confusing. Public perception of this rule change is skewed and may deter many from accessing critical social services.

The purpose of this webinar is to provide issue-education to practitioners working with immigrant families. Our hope is this information will equip practitioners to provide families with guidance and resources.

This webinar will be presented in Spanish from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM and then in English from 3:00 PM - 4:15 PM.
